Dr. Graham Rong     


Dr. Rong is the chair of MIT Sloan CIO Symposium , a community of global CIOs and corporate executives with annual conference at MIT . Dr. Rong has been a leader in product innovation and corporate development . He has consulted for many Fortune 1000 companies for IT leadership , web strategy , business development and innovation leadership . He has led collaborative research in North America , Asia and Europe , and is currently leading the development of a novel system for financial information and social analytics . With excellent balance of business acumen and technical aptitude , Dr. Rong has proven leadership skills in key senior roles with Vignette Corporation and Harte-Hanks . He was on the faculty in JiangNan University in China and held an EU research fellowship in the University of Edinburgh in Scotland . As an Alfred P . Sloan Fellow in MIT Sloan School of Management , Dr. Rong focused on corporate strategy , innovation leadership and global development . He lectures in Harvard , MIT and overseas . He is on the board of multiple organizations , including the MIT Sloan Alumni Club of Boston and Massachusetts IT Security Research Center . Dr. Rong holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and PhD from University of Guelph in Canada .
